Archicad Subscription Terms

Archicad is distributed by SIMBIM as a software subscription. Vendor end-user terms from Graphisoft apply in addition to these commercial terms.

Billing cadence (annual or monthly) is confirmed in the proposal issued by SIMBIM.

Subscriptions are seat-based. The number of seats and product edition (Solo / full Archicad) is defined in the proposal.

Graphisoft's end-user licence agreement governs technical use of Archicad. SIMBIM's commercial terms govern procurement and support.

Where these terms and the proposal differ, the signed proposal prevails.

Activation begins once the signed proposal is returned and payment is confirmed.

Licences are manually ordered from Graphisoft and delivered to the customer within 24 business hours.

Renewal terms are confirmed in advance of the renewal date and reflected in a new proposal.

Cancellation rules follow Graphisoft's subscription policies and the conditions of the signed proposal.

SIMBIM provides commercial and first-line technical support. Deeper technical issues may be escalated to Graphisoft.
