Software subscription proposal process
All software subscriptions begin with a formal proposal issued by SIMBIM. Pricing displayed on the website is for reference only and excludes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Proposal before payment
SIMBIM does not collect payment before a proposal has been issued, reviewed and accepted by the customer.
Contract formation after signature
A binding contract is formed only after a signed proposal/contract is returned to SIMBIM.
Manual licence delivery within 24 hours
After a signed contract and payment confirmation, SIMBIM orders the licence from the vendor and delivers it manually to the customer within 24 hours on business days.
Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate company and contact information and comply with vendor end-user licence agreements.
Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse the website, attempt to bypass security, or use licences in ways that violate vendor terms.
Pricing and tax exclusions
