dTwin can bring together BIM models, geospatial information, sensor feeds and operational systems into a data-driven digital representation of an asset or portfolio, depending on the data sources configured and the current dTwin package. Capabilities such as energy monitoring, occupancy, maintenance and ESG reporting depend on the integration scope confirmed in the SIMBIM proposal.

dTwin is developed by Nemetschek as a group-wide digital-twin offering, able to draw on data from Graphisoft, Allplan, Solibri, dRofus and other brands, depending on the integrations configured.
SIMBIM is the implementation partner of Nemetschek dTwin for the Iberian market and Canada, and an authorised distributor/partner of selected Nemetschek solutions (Bluebeam, Solibri, dTwin, dRofus). dTwin is offered on a quote-only basis; pricing depends on the data sources, integration scope and package confirmed in the proposal. SIMBIM provides implementation, data onboarding and ongoing operational support.
