Graphisoft — Archicad & BIMcloud
Graphisoft is the original BIM authoring vendor. Archicad covers architectural design and MEP, while BIMcloud SaaS provides shared coordination across distributed teams.
Prices are shown for reference and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Final commercial terms are confirmed in the proposal issued by SIMBIM.
Commercial assurance
SIMBIM maintains commercial credit-risk assurance arrangements for eligible business operations, supporting a more controlled and traceable proposal, invoicing, payment and licence-delivery process.
Our commercial assurance framework includes Solunion, a credit-insurance and surety specialist publicly described as a 50% / 50% joint venture of MAPFRE and Allianz Trade.
Commercial assurance arrangements may depend on customer profile, contract type, transaction value, territory, insurer approval and applicable policy terms. This does not constitute a guarantee to the customer, a public endorsement by Solunion, MAPFRE, Allianz Trade, Allianz or BBVA, or a replacement for the applicable proposal, invoice, contract, vendor terms or payment conditions.
Territory note: SIMBIM's active sales and support territories vary by vendor: Graphisoft for Spain and Andorra; Bluebeam, Solibri and dRofus for Spain and Portugal; and Nemetschek dTwin for Spain and Canada, unless a signed vendor agreement confirms additional territories. Outside assigned active territories, SIMBIM may respond to unsolicited customer requests where permitted by vendor terms and applicable law. Within the EU/EEA, passive sales and support may be handled under applicable EU/EEA competition rules, including Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/720. Non-EEA territories, including Andorra and Canada, are governed by vendor terms and applicable local law. Territories are current as of 1st of June 2026 and may change.
