Main rule
If you receive a proposal from SIMBIM and find a lower qualified price from another official distributor or reseller — published on their website or in a written proposal — for the same product, edition and terms within 2 working days, you may submit a claim for review.
Conditions
- The lower price must come from an official authorised reseller or distributor.
- The offer must be in SIMBIM's direct market area: Spain, Andorra and Portugal.
- The offer must be binding and on official proposal paper.
- Claims submitted after purchase or after proposal signature are not valid.
- SIMBIM may reject claims where the difference is 1% or less, where abuse is suspected, or where the competitor offer cannot be validated.
If approved
SIMBIM may match the lower price and apply an additional 10% loyalty discount, subject to policy limitations. Final commercial approval remains subject to SIMBIM review.
How to submit a claim
Submit claims through SIMBIM support or contact channels. Include the competing proposal and the SIMBIM proposal reference.
