Part 2: Energy evaluation in Archicad In this lesson you will learn how to practically transform your BIM model into a BEM model.

Part 2: Energy evaluation in Archicad In this lesson you will learn how to implement systems in your BEM model and you will get to know the most common errors and warnings when working with integrated energy evaluation in Archicad.

Lesson 02 - QC & QA of the Structural Analytical Model In this lesson you will learn how to check the SAM, create issues in case of inconsistencies, and correct them manually or using rules. Creating objects in Archicad Part I - I In this session you will discover the different ways of working with objects in Archicad. You will learn to manage libraries, making the most of existing objects. 3D Immersion with Twinmotion Part I In this session you will discover the workflow with Twinmotion from Archicad, to obtain realistic images and videos from the BIM model. Twinmotion is a real-time 3D immersion software that gives architects and engineers new ways of communicating their work. In this first part you will see an introduction to Twinmotion, how to prepare your model and how synchronisation with Archicad works. 3D Immersion with Twinmotion Part II In this second part you will see the environment settings and learn to work with materials and objects. 3D Immersion with Twinmotion Part III In this third part you will discover how to bring your project to life and how to prepare and export the final images.

Description: In this session you will learn to create different types of roofs and work with one of the most important elements of the BIM model, zones or spaces. Work will also begin with non-graphic information, learning to extract measurements and using schedules as a tool for controlling and extracting metadata from the BIM model. Description: In this session we will work with attribute management and learn in detail how to use Pen Sets and hatchings in Archicad. In addition, we will begin the documentation work of the BIM model using two main tools, dimensions and details, learning in detail all their possibilities and workflows. Finally, one of the most important points in the management of BIM model documentation in Archicad will be explained: working with 2D views and 3D views. Description: In this session you will learn how to manage the structural BIM model from Archicad. To do so, you will learn to work with specific tools such as beams, grids, etc., and you will experience the complete working process of creating and checking the structural model. Description: In this session, the fundamentals of building services modelling (MEP) will be introduced for the generation of basic pipework, ductwork and cabling networks. Work in OPEN BIM will also begin, covering the collaborative workflow between different disciplines and the basic principles of interoperability in Archicad. Description: In this session, we will work on modelling complex shapes using the Morph and Shell tools. We will explain how to create and edit these shapes for a wide variety of purposes, from conceptual modelling to object modelling, complex structures, and more. Participants will learn how to create complex pattern designs, as well as how to control and document the constructive aspects of this type of facade. Description: In this session, we will work with the BIM model from a strategic standpoint, learning to manage two of the most important functions for correctly managing models: working with Hotlink files and the Gestor de Atributos. In the second part of the class, we will work on creating custom objects using Archicad tools, particularly the development of doors and windows. Description: This session is aimed at working with building services networks (MEP) in Archicad. Participants will learn to model and edit duct, pipe and cable tray networks and to manage mechanical objects in order to build the complete BIM Model for MEP. Description: This session will cover metadata management in Archicad, making the most of working with properties and expressions, learning to import data from Excel spreadsheets and learning to display this metadata graphically using the Sobrescritura Gráfica function. A course combining theory and practice on creating parametric objects in Archicad with the PARAM-O tool: visual design with nodes, parametrising furniture and structural objects, and an introduction to the related GDL code.
