If in your day-to-day work you don't feel you have control over who, when and how participates in plan reviews, and the problems involved in teamwork delay and sometimes complicate decisions, the functionalities of Studio Project and Studio Session of Bluebeam Revu with many improvements in the Revu 2020, will be the solution to all these problems. This year, Revu 2020 aims to obtain even more flexibility and control to enhance collaboration possibilities. One of the main features of Revu 2020 involve permissions in Studio. Join our upcoming webinar to see the novelties of Revu 2020.

Bluebeam Revu is shipped with a great built-in feature – Studio – for project-based or topic-based collaboration amongst stakeholders of a project. Studio Project is the project and data repository, while Studio Session allows us to hold live meetings to comment on and review documents with several people at once. The ability to save your files, compare them and keep them available to everyone will help you instantly manage your work. When creating your sessions or projects, Revu will allow you to invite collaborators and manage their permissions.

Real remote work on design and construction documents

With Revu 2020 these steps will be even more straightforward as you can now invite anyone who needs to collaborate with you. You can invite people from your Studio Groups, your Outlook email book or simply copy the person's email, even for users who do not yet have a Studio account. This means that now the project settings can be ready from the start without wasting time! To have all the invitations well organized, and not lose any between the emails in our inbox, now directly from Studio you can see a list of Join and not join the project and quickly join them directly from the panel of the Studio.

Once you accept the invitation in Revu 20, you will be able to see the list of participants and know if the person is connected or not. So, when you see that your collaborator is not participating or has not yet registered for a collaboration session, you will be able to send a notification that will arrive by mail to ask to participate or simply update on what has happened by sending the session report.

Bluebeam Revu is designed to make your daily work more comfortable and organized with large and small features that you will learn to value more and more due to its continuous evolution with the new versions. If you don't have Revu yet and want to experience these new features, you can enjoy the full version of Revu for 30 days by registering at this link.
