Become a GRAPHISOFT Certified ARCHICAD BIM Manager

We all know GRAPHISOFT enlighten the BIM revolution in 1984 by introducing ARCHICAD, and since then they keep high end innovation not just on software solutions but also on featuring advanced services and support to end users. In 2019, GRAPHISOFT made a new global initiative to educate and certify existing and future BIM managers and coordinators through transferring more than 35 years customers and projects support experiences from all around the world to end users. The global BIM Manager program of GRAPHISOFT trigger professionals that are already working with BIM software solutions and need to implement “real” BIM workflows into their practices. From 25 to 29 November 2019, join us in Barcelona to attend this unique BIM Management week and become a certified BIM Manager.

Although this program initiated by GRAPHISOFT, it focuses on established standards (such as ISO 19650) which support and complement the OpenBIM concept. To be clear, in this program you are not going to learn any software, as you suppose to know your BIM software solution, but you are going to learn how to manage your organization to be able to adopt to BIM workflow through 2-days’ workshop called BIM office management. Then another 2-days’ workshop will help you out to understand how to coordinate the BIM-based projects, especially if you are dealing with different file formats (PLN, RVT, IFC, BCF, etc.). In between these 2 workshops there is one day program about how to implement your office and projects required standards and norms into your ARCHICAD template. Just a hint to my dear Revit BIM manager colleagues, “Hey guys, chill! Yes, this program is by GRAPHISOFT and of course oriented around ARCHICAD, but this is the place you can learn how to set your data exchange workflow with other non-Revit users”.

Good news is that all attendees of this training program are eligible to receive GRAPHISOFT Certified ARCHICAD BIM Manager, and the catch is to get the certificate, you need to pass 3 separate exams. But do not worry, the exams are open book and you have around a month to get prepared. I can assure you if you really study your notes and do your practice, you can easily pass and get your certificate that is valid for 2 years!

So, do you fancy to learn how to implement information management techniques into your professional workflow? if yes, then join us in the last week of November, where you  can get up-to-date with all the new BIM standards and best practices as well as learning all the information management techniques in one-week intensive training in Barcelona!

It is also good to know that our colleagues at GRAPHISOFT HQ from London and Budapest with many years of experience on information management will be with us to provide the next international BIM Management week in Barcelona. Check out the event from following link.
