How to Manage Bluebeam Revu Licences?
Bluebeam Revu licences are managed through the Bluebeam Organization Admin Portal, which has replaced the old Gateway portal. This guide walks you through how to manage users, assign licences and keep your subscription up to date.
Accessing the Admin Portal
- Go to https://org-admin.bluebeam.com
- Select your server region
- Log in with your Bluebeam ID (BBID) and password
Tip: Save the link to your favourites for easier access in the future.
Administrator role types
Within the portal there are different permission levels:
- Organization Administrator: Has full access to manage users, assign licences and configure domains
-
End User: Can use Bluebeam products but does not have access to the admin portal
