How to Release a Perpetual Bluebeam Revu Licence from a Device?
If you need to release a perpetual Bluebeam Revu licence associated with a device, follow these steps so we can help you:
1. Identify the device
Locate the name of the computer that currently has the licence activated. You can easily find it in the system settings:
- On Windows: go to Settings > System > About and look for the Device name field.
- On macOS: go to System Settings > General > About and locate the Name field.
2. Contact us
- Once you have the device name, write to us stating that you'd like to release the licence. Please include:
- The device name
- The licence serial number
- Send a request from my.simbim.es or to support@simbim.es
We'll take care of everything and confirm once the process is complete.
